How to find us

By Car

From the A15 Parma-la Spezia motorway, take the exit for Borgotaro. Borgo Val di Taro is 15 km.(10 minutes) from the exit and is serviced by a new, modern road which runs along the banks of the Taro river. Follow signs for the center (“centro”) and then signs for “Assistenza Pubblica.” Once you get to Piazza Farnese (landmarks are the Sigma supermarket and a carpark), take the road marked “Trapogna/San Martino.” Follow the signs for Trapogna (NOT San Martino). Once you have passed through the village of Trapogna, the road will take you through the two hamlets of la Costella and il Pozzo. In il Pozzo take a right (you will see a wooden sign for “Fornello” hanging on the corner house directly in front of you). Follow the road to Fornello – it becomes a gravel road as you leave il Pozzo – which will lead you to our agriturism.


By Train

Get off at Borgo Val di Taro station (on the Parma-la Spezia line). Borgo Val di Taro station is also serviced by trains leaving Milano, Bologna, Genova, la Spezia, Livorno and Firenze. Pick up from the station can be arranged.
